Sifusoft’s Privacy Policy explains what information Sifusoft collects and how Sifusoft treats your information and protects your privacy when you use dscoper.

Data we collect, how we use it, and how it is shared:
Sifusoft collects geolocation information of the job address and repair coordinates. However, this geolocation information is solely used by dscoper and is never shared with a third party. dscoper also uses third party services such as Google Places to improve user experience. By using dscoper, users are bound by Google’s Terms of Service (https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/terms). dscoper also uses the Google Maps API(s), and hence, users are also bound by Google Privacy Policy (https://www.google.com/policies/privacy).

Your data security:
All data collected by dscoper is being transferred over a secure and encrypted communication channel using the standard SSL protocol.

Responding to legal requests:
Sifusoft may access, preserve and share your information in response to a legal request (like a search warrant, court order or subpoena) if we have a good faith belief that the law requires us to do so. This may include responding to legal requests from jurisdictions outside of the United States where we have a good faith belief that the response is required by law in that jurisdiction, affects users in that jurisdiction, and is consistent with internationally recognized standards. We may also access, preserve and share information when we have a good faith belief it is necessary to: detect, prevent and address fraud and other illegal activity; to protect ourselves, you and others, including as part of investigations; or to prevent death or imminent bodily harm.

Storing and accessing your data:
All your data is stored on a secure cloud storage in the United States. We also keep frequent backups of your data on our servers for cases like accidentally deleting jobs, or in case of technical difficulties. In the event that you contact us for customer support, we may access your data only if necessary to assist you with your issues or if we need to migrate your data.

Policy changes:
This policy may change at any time and in such an event, Sifusoft will notify you before making changes to this policy and give you the opportunity to review and comment on the revised policy before continuing to use dscoper.
